Design
Execution
To give you an idea of the costs of our services, we have separated our services into two phases: Design and Execution.
The design phase is charged on a per square meter basis, while the execution phase is calculated as a percentage of the total project work cost.
For example: a 100 m² project, with a total budget of €150,000 for work costs.
Our fees for this project are €19,100, or €6,100 for the design phase
and €13,000 for the execution phase.
Design
Our Design fees are calculated based on the number of square meters.

We use a decreasing scale, for example , for a 100 m² project, the first 30 square meters are billed at €70 per m², the next 50 square meters at €60 per m², and the remaining 20 square meters at €50 per m². m².
Our fees for this project are therefore
€2100 + €3000 + €1000 = €6100
Minimum billing €2000 including tax.

Execution
Our execution fees are calculated as a percentage of the total cost of the project works, also using a sliding scale.

For example , for a project with a total work value of €150,000:
The first €100,000 of work is billed at 9%, which is equivalent to
€9,000. The following €50,000 of work is invoiced at 8%, or €4,000.
Therefore , the total cost of the execution phase for this project is
€9,000 + €4,000, or €13,000.
